Hello, and let’s dive right in!  I’m Jamie Stone, MBA, and I have nearly 20 years of SEO experience. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University in beautiful Southern Virginia in the Blue Ridge Moutains.  After graduating, I went on to receive my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification from Microsoft, becoming one of only 14,000 engineers at the time, worldwide, to reach this level.

I spent the next 8 years working in various Information Technology roles in the Washington, DC area – from help desk, to systems engineer, to network administrator.  I designed and managed networks, email systems, web servers, and database servers.  This led to my natural curiosity about web development.

I spent the next several years brushing up on web development skills (mainly PHP-based systems such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, and OSCommerce).  Building e-commerce sites led me to my dilemma:  what good is a beautiful website, if no one can find it?

This is where my love for SEO began.  Now, my goal is to share the knowledge and teach other aspiring SEOs how to be a successful consultant.
